Public Printing · planned
Secure printing, from any personal device.
A planned capability inspired by the operational needs of libraries and public facilities — where public printing should be private, accountable and simple to run across multiple sites.
Submit from any personal device
Users upload documents securely from a computer, phone or tablet — no walk-up computer required.
Choose print options
Preview the document, choose colour or black-and-white and select paper size before submitting.
Receive a release code or QR
Every submission returns a unique release code and QR — the document is never left on a public device.
Release at the selected location
The user releases the print at their chosen location and only when they are physically present.
Payments, balances and quotas
Integrated support for print credit, payment and per-user quotas — configurable per site.
Automatic expiry and deletion
Documents automatically expire and are securely removed if not released within a policy window.
Roadmap note
Public printing is a planned capability. It is not yet commercially available.
The design goals shown here reflect the intended direction for Jardawk's public printing experience. Availability, pricing and supported integrations will be confirmed as the capability moves from planned to in development.
